I want to can honey with Lavender for people for christmas but I wasn't sure if you could can honey?
Does anyone know if you can, 'can' honey infused with lavender?
Honey lasts a LONG time. Edible honey has been found in Egyptian pyramids. I wouldn't worry about it lasting from now to Christmas. There are lots of details about what to do with your honey on this site:
