Does Lavender baby wash have side affects?

I heard from someone recently that a study was done with lavender baby body washes and it was determined that it causes femininity in male baby's. I personally find this to be ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I would like to see some legit study's that prove or show, one way or the other so i can bring this information to the people in question. Or be completely stunned if it is true. Thank you.

That's the funniest thing I have ever heard!!!! I can just see some macho dad standing over mom while she's bathing their son and complaining that it's too flowery, "You're gonna make him into a damn girl!"
Reply:ive personally never heard of this. i would search the internet and find stories related to your question. some products do produce a common allergen. if your child doesn't have a bad reaction, for instance hivs, rash or etc. you should be fine.its suppose to very soothing.

Reply:I heard of one research that indicated that as well. It states that it can cause hormonal imbalance and breast growth. However, studies have also shown that in some adult males and young children, the hormones used in our meats have caused early puberty and some breast growth in men. Seriously. I think it's up to you to do the research and decide if you want to keep using lavender washes.

Reply:iv never heard of that and i find it quit funny that it would make a baby feminist. but i can say it does nothing to help my son sleep or keep him calm.

Reply:I use it in both my son %26amp; daughters baths I think that is just someone that doesn't like the smell of it.

make him mellow and a bit sleepy, OR


make him sneeze.
